1. Who we are

unite.market is run by Unite, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Unite", "we"), the student platform behind uniteuow.com. We promote events by partner organisers. Contact: support@uniteuow.com.

2. Who sells the tickets

Halloween on Deck is organised by Upper Deck DXB. Tickets are sold and issued by Upper Deck DXB on their own ticketing page (Ticket Tailor). When you tap "Get tickets" you leave unite.market and buy directly from the organiser.

• Your purchase is a contract between you and Upper Deck DXB. Their terms, prices, booking fees, age rules and refund policy apply to it.
• Unite does not take your payment, hold your money or issue your ticket. We may receive a referral commission from the organiser; it never changes the price you pay.
• Prices on unite.market are shown for information and follow the organiser's page. If they differ, the price on the organiser's page at checkout is the one that applies.

3. Event details

Dates, times, the boarding point, line-up and entry rules are set by the organiser and may change. We keep this page up to date, but the organiser's announcements and your ticket email are the final word.

4. Giveaways and promotions

Promotions run by Unite, such as the VIP table giveaway for students signed up on uniteuow.com, are run by Unite and follow the rules shown with them.

5. Liability

The event is run by the organiser, who is responsible for it, for your ticket and for refunds. To the extent UAE law allows, Unite is not liable for the event itself or for the organiser's sale. Nothing here limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
